What are archival materials?
These are materials, primarily paper and inks, which are used in making prints. The papers are acid free, ph neutral, made 100% from cotton fibers. The inks and paper are designed to ensure that the art has a lasting quality.
What is the best care for art work?
Prints should be framed under glass with the matting being acid free and should not be placed in the direct sunlight. If a painting is on a weak support, then it may require a frame. It best to discuss this subject with a good framer.
What is a limited edition?
The number of prints made from one design is limited to a set number. The number is recorded on the print in pencil. For example, a print numbered 25/100 states that this particular print is the 25th impression of a print edition limited to 100. In practice the artist signs the prints in pencil. Once an image is sold out, there will be no further prints produced.
How accurate is the online color representation?
We work hard to ensure that the print color quality of the images is accurate to the online image. However, color representation may vary from monitor to monitor. If the color is not what you expected and is not to your satisfaction, we will provide you with a refund. Please review our return policy.
